Aplex Peru was established in 2005 as a result of the appreciation of the quality of the products we can find in our country and the belief that, with the correct management of our internal supply chain, these could compete in the international market with a considerable advantage.

Our business model is based on building regional partnerships with the best growers of a wide variety of products that can be obtained from our country. This process has resulted in a synergy in which each component contributes the best of its knowledge thus ensuring that our products meet the highest standards.

Aplex Peru is a decentralized effort in which our processing facilities are close to the actual growing areas of the diverse products that we handle. In all cases, these facilities are GMP and HACCP compliant with complete traceability systems in place.

Organic Certification

Through our partnership with a local NGO we are working closely with the quinoa farmers in the Puno region to give them the technical support they need in order to grow quinoa organically.

This is done with the outmost respect for the environment, social responsibility and with a multi-tiered approach since there are programs in place to promote food safety, nutrition and education aside from the actual productive program.
